The team at Granite are truly one of a kind. From start to finish (3 month extension project) we felt involved throughout the whole process. Granite Build and Design worked on a major remodelling of the main living areas in our period home. This included a beautiful extension with very high quality oversized bifold doors. Very modern and stunning. The team were all polite, very clean and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Service – Internal Re-model
We would highly recommend Granite Build and Design, we live in a bungalow and had decided on moving as I didn’t think the space created having a loft conversion would be suitable for our family. However I decided to have drawings produced and now the building work has finished we are over the moon. Granite Build and Design team of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and builders are fantastic and were very easy to work with. They were extremely courteous and tidy which we needed them to be having two children with one being a 1 year old who had started walking. Granite Build and Design were very informative and kept me updated continually on the stages of builds and signing off certificates. We now have a family home with tonnes of living space to enjoy. Service – Loft Conversion
We had a large two storey extension and full renovation started by another builder who we eventually kicked off the project. Granite Build and Design took over with a considerable part of the project still to do. We can honestly say it was a massive relief as we went from builders and materials not turning up when promised, shoddy work and untidiness to a reliable team of tradesman who always had materials to work with and who were hardworking, pleasant, willing to go the extra mile and always left our home tidy.
Granite had some challenging issues left for them by out previous builder, all of which were resolved to our satisfaction. We were extremely happy with the quality of work, ideas that were presented to us and speed at which the build progressed.
I would absolutely recommend them and in our case they handled a large project which had baggage from another builder extremely well and to our complete satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in fact I would go out of my way to wait until they became available if they were fully booked.

Service – Two Storey Extension & Renovation
We decided to embark on a full second storey buildout and additional existing ground floor improvements with a fixed timeline for completion due to the need to relocate for the duration of the build.
From the outset we were clear that communication, issue resolution and quality were our key drivers – we didn’t want a quick solution to a problem, we wanted the best solution. Granite were exceptional in all areas throughout the build process and post completion. From the start they were transparent on the timelines and what we could expect and the constant communication was clear and constructive. When there where decisions to be made that we hadn’t anticipated, they offered practical solutions with the quality of the final finish embedded in the thought process. We found any member of the team could be approached and were polite and exceptionally knowledgeable which made option discussions a stress free process. We also found that soliciting suggestions from the Granite Team helped with our own though processes and design considerations. The quality of finish and care they showed was simply outstanding.
If communication, quality and finish are important then I would highly recommend Granite without hesitation.
